Our "Opera" breakfast room is all about the opera enthusiasm of our hotel manager Mathias van der Kemp, memorabilia from legendary opera performances can be found here as well as his "Hall of Fame" with autographs from personalities such as Rudolf Nureyev to Mick Jagger, from Hildegard Knef to Christoph Waltz.
For breakfast
In the morning, our breakfast room "Opera" awaits you with a very rich breakfast buffet, with more than 80 different, mostly organic products from Upper Bavaria, such as freshly prepared seasonal fruit salad, organic eggs from Stephanie's Geflügelparadies am Viktualienmarkt, homemade sausage specialties and ham from our butcher in the Oberland, international cheeses and vegan spreads, as well as products from Munich's Viktualienmarkt, fine jams from the jam manufacturer "Faller", various coffee preparations, such as Viennese mocha and high-quality Italian coffees such as espresso, latte macchiato and cappuccino. Tea connoisseurs appreciate our more than 20 exquisite teas from the renowned "Dallmayr" company, and we also serve ice-cold sparkling wine from the "Nymphenburg" winery every day between 6.30 am and 10.00 am. On nice days, we are happy to serve you breakfast on our hotel terrace.
A selection of national and international daily newspapers is available for you to read every morning in the breakfast room.
In the evening
Our hotel bar is open for you from 2 p.m. until midnight.
The whole day
A bottle of refreshing mineral water is available free of charge per person in your room every day. Additional bottles are available at reception for just 2.00 euros.
Our TV in the breakfast room is available at any time after breakfast, please contact reception to operate the TV.
There is also a free Internet terminal in the lobby.

WLan is free of charge throughout the hotel. Room rates per night and room, including our rich breakfast buffet, service and VAT. Our standard rooms are on the street side.
As we attach great importance to a quiet hotel, we do not accept groups all year round.
The rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 11.00 on the day of departure. If your binding room reservation is canceled or shortened, we will of course try to rent the room to someone else. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the booked rate. In order to avoid this unpleasant situation for both parties, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Whether by car, suburban train, subway or bus. Thanks to our central, inner-city location, we are very easy to reach by all means of transportation.
By car ...
By car, you can be on the "Mittlerer Ring" in just one minute and have access to all highways.
The Munich International Trade Fair, the MCC and M.O.C. and the airport are easily accessible.
With S-Bahn and U-Bahn
S-Bahn station Donnersberger Brücke approx. 10 minutes' walk from the hotel, where you have connections to all S-Bahn lines.
Two subway stations close to the hotel, only 5 - 7 minutes' walk U1 Rotkreuzplatz and U1 Maillingerstraße. From there it is only two subway stops to Munich city center, the main train station and Karlsplatz (Stachus), to the Oktoberfest only 3 subway stops.
The Munich Trade Fair with the MCC and Munich Airport are very easy to reach by public transport.
By bus
Direct bus connection to the Olympic Park with the Olympic Stadium, the Olympic Hall, the Olympic Tower, the Sealife Center and the BMW Museum.
And the 153 bus stops directly in front of the hotel (Landshuter Allee stop) and takes our guests from Monday to Saturday in one minute to the Maillingerstrasse subway station and in 15 minutes directly to the Pinakotheken (Munich art and museum center) and to Odeonsplatz, directly to the city center - Residenz, Hofgarten, Feldherrnhalle, Theatinerstrasse, Maximiliansstrasse, National and Residenztheater.
